Return Policies

.**Due to COVID-19 we are doubling the length of our standard return policy**

Items can be returned if:
  • Unworn, in original condition;
  • Returned with all relevant tags still attached.
  • Returned in their original box (if the returned item is footwear); and
  • Returned within 14 days* of the delivery date.

 

 

Face coverings, undergarments, or any sort of hygienic product cannot be returned. 
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
A restocking fee of $4.95 is to be applied for any item that is returned.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cannot offer any price adjustments.
Sale items cannot be returned, however, if there are any issues with your order, contact our customer support team and we will help resolve the issue.
