How can I track my order?

To track your order, please refer to the confirmation email that was sent to your email at the time your order was placed.

You should be able to view your order status, if it's still being processed, if it's in transit, or if it's been delivered!

If there are any issues, as always, contact our customer service team!

Can I cancel my order? 

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact our customer service team's email as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, while there is no guarantee that we can cancel it, our team will do their best.

You will always receive an email if your whole order or part of your order is canceled with details of the cancelled.

Once is an order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled. Refer to our return policy regarding the order.

Items can be returned if:
  • Unworn, in original condition;
  • Returned with all relevant tags still attached.
  • Returned in their original box (if the returned item is footwear); and
  • Returned within 14 days* of the delivery date.
Face coverings, undergarments, or any sort of hygienic product cannot be returned. 
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
A restocking fee of $4.95 is to be applied for any item that is returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sale items cannot be returned, however, if there are any issues with your order, contact our customer support team and we will help resolve the issue.
